I was at a low point in my life emotionally everything felt horrible trying was useless. I don't do that anymore, I got a job, shower frequently, eat better. The only good part about my depression was that it helped me lose weight. I wouldn't eat and the pounds slipped right off.

I'm getting ready to move to my next job, spent my last birthday with at least one other person besides my parents and if I said I wasn't content I'd be lying.

My skin got all prickly when I wasn't showering good thing I fixed it. Smooth skin now.

Went 4 months once.

Also only changed clothes once.

Went full innawoods in southern Chile, outside Balamaceda in Patagonia.

What they don't tell you is that it rains/snows in Patagonia literally 90% of the time. I got wet day one and don't think I ever dried out.
