I remember watching this documentary in 2015 and being paranoid the fuck out of my mind for a few days. I would go outside to smoke at night with a knife because i was afraid of reptilians.

It sounds like a panic attack man. Try and calm down, take some deep breathes. Wean yourself off drugs.
If you're predisposed to panic attacks sometimes your only option for immediate alleviation are benzodiazepines. If you can pick up other forms ( maybe meditation ) now you might be able to curve your dependence on drugs before it even begins. Withdraws are killer. Literally.

16 is when I started smoking. Got my first panic attack at about 20. They're pretty common and go away after about 15 or twenty minutes. Scary as fuck when you first get them though - like you're having a heart attack or stroke. Talk to your doctor.

Had it happen to this girl i know late and night she said that she had been up late the last night and got no sleep, she had a panic attack and almost lost it.
Even happened to me. Took 3.5g of shrooms and smoked a blunt halfway through the trip. I waa fucked for about 2 months. Complete derealization... it was by far the worst state of life ive ever experienced but i feel like i am stronger because of it.
You'll be good m8. Drink some water. Calm your mind down, and watch/do something you really like. (Wont work if youre thinking at 100000 mph.)

Don't get medicated. This is just evidence that the people on this board are pussies if they're trying to get you prescribed that quickly. Something spooked you, man. It doesn't need to make sense what it was but something about tonight just didn't settle with you. You're fine. Nothing's out there. I get paranoid a lot now...My guilty pleasure is horror. I listen to conspiracies and people reading creepypastas and true scary stories on youtube.
The worse is when I'm paranoid about things I can't see. Ghosties and what not. Even worse when I'm driving late at night and I half expect to see a face in the rear view mirror...
