These all can be symptoms of other things like social anxiety. Autism is more about understanding people and their emotions. Do an EQ test and if you score low you're probably autistitc. Low empathy is a sign of autism (not sympathy, two different things)

I am bad at eye contact but I can kinda manage to have conversations with the normals at my uni. If they're a group of alot of people and have Chad type of people in it I panic and don't talk

I think psychopaths tend to have low sympathy, more so than low empathy. A lot of them seem to understand how others feel--they just don't care, or actively enjoy making the other person feel bad.

Yeah it is but it's not the biggest one because people with depression, (social) anxiety, avoidant personality disorder etc can have it.
