Been pronz free for 40 days. The key is to make it the first week, after that it's easy. I just wack it once a week and feel way better. Last tine i only lasted 20 days and after watching porn I literally felt depressed and lethargic. That dopamine rush will destroy your life son.

It's like with any addiction, you have to stay busy. Keep yourself occupied. If you're sitting around, and feel the urge to look at porn come, then go for a walk or something. Get down and do some exercises.

Setup filters.

use family controls + leechblock to make it extremely hard to visit porn sites, especially the sites you're used to going to.

4chan is going to be a 'pathway' to porn for you, though. So if you want to continue coming here you'll have to set things up so images don't auto-load, and\or use a program like Negativescreen to make the screen Black and White when browsing, so you'll be less likely to be triggered.

That's part of the problem, yes. You'd have to setup Family Controls (on Windows), create a User account, and then setup Leechblock on the user account (it has settings to require a password to change anything, you can then file the password away somewhere physically, making it a chore to get to it - this significantly decreases the chances of you just disabling things the moment you have the urge for porn). As a User account, you can be prevented from say deleting or installing new software, so it becomes reasonably foolproof protection against you viewing porn for long enough to get on a roll.

It's not so much the fapping but the need to maintain and collect new porn. I wish I never started.
