How do you cope with the loneliness inherent in being a worthless

recently injuring myself has made me realize pain is the only thing I actually feel that is real. it's nice knowing now that death is probably painful and will probably be the most "real" feelings I'll ever have.

Loneliness is a subjective feeling I can change because I mastered my emotional state. You can be completely alone and perfectly happy and not at all feeling lonely, or surrounded with friends and dealing with crippling loneliness.

If we accept that loneliness is subjective and we can just change that emotion as we please, then we are essentially throwing off the burdens and glories of social living, as loneliness is a state of mind brought about by the individual's needs/desires not matching his society.

If we throw out our duty to our brethren then we may as well not have law and should just devote ourselves to hedonism.

Which is what most people do anyway.

And they're largely unhappy/lonely.
