>working an 8 hour shift at Braum's
>two ex-coworkers show up
>they've been dating for years
>I chat with them a bit. They look happy but the dude looks a little nervous
>they walk off aways
>guy gets on one knee
>what
>pulls out ring
>fuck
>he proposes to his gf right in front of me
>all of my coworkers get all giddy and excited about it
>all of the customers do the same
>I smile
>on the inside I'm reminded that I will be alone forever
>I know I will never experience such a magical moment
>remember that marriage is a sham in the 21st century, and chances are high that their marriage will end in a nasty divorce
>clock out about an hour later
>grab a 6 pack on the way home
Why do normies feel the need to propose in a public place like this? It fuckking hurts
>tfw oneitis is a coworker dating another coworker
>know I should've moved on already
>still falling for her
>several other coworkers have hooked up with each other, a couple got knocked up and some are even getting married
>dreading hearing about their relationship progressively getting more serious

I'm a normie, and I don't fucking get it either. Proposing in public is a pretty bad idea.

>new coworker is cute
>get a crush on her
>turns out she's a lesbian
This has happened to me four times, what the fuck? Are lesbians on the rise?
>inb4 they say they're lesbian to reject me
I never made a move on any of them

I've met a couple of lesbians at my work as well, none of them were girls I considered pursuing. The cute ones who flirted with me and seemed to show interest all ended up having bfs though, and I ended up getting oneitis for one. I feel like fucking Chris-Chan with this inability to find a boyfriend-free girl.

>Braum's
I wish we'd get one down here, in Houston. I always saw something weird, every time I went to the one in Arlington.
The normies are worse here, and so are the niggers. Consider yourself lucky.

You know, last retail job I worked, there were these two girls, both "lesbians", both "in a relationship. I hang out with them one night after work, and they say, maybe two shots in "So, anon. You know we wanna fuck you, right?" I had a gf, so I had to decline, but the point is, 9/10 lesbians aren't gold-star, and almost always have a side-guy they share, even if they're in a relationship.
Same job, there was also a girl in the store across from ours, who was "just married", and wanted to bring me in, as some sort of poly/bull thing.
Most people are scumbags.
