Dress nice. It'll make you feel more confident. Sit as stiffly as you can. Be cold to everyone and everything, but don't be rude or outright mean. Pay as little attention as possible to everything around you, but not to the point where you can't enter the conversation. Smile when everyone else laughs, answer questions in 20 words, max (if any) and again, be cold. If you're hanging around this board, then they don't like you and you don't like them.
Worst case, it goes on for a couple hours, and it's not that difficult to pull through if you find the confidence. Looking nice helps with that.

Im alredy at the place, i think i dress and look nice enough, its casual so its not a biggy. I feel like being cold could attract attention but idk, ive gotten pretty paranoid over the years. Im more comfortable sitting cause i dont have to position myself all the time on foot, but also cause no oncoming people.

I also get really paranoid of people i come across that i might know, because i have this idea branded in my head that you should say hi and talk about shit etc. Thats a huge fear of mine, probably starting to create a fear of strangers now.
