The fact that you need someone to explain it to you makes me think you're likely less intelligent than both people in that webm.

It's a black dude filming himself putting a lit blunt into his, I can only assume, dead "homie's" lips while he lays in his casket. I'd assume it's some sort of urban, tribal ritual of reverence for the dead through mock "sacrifice" of a hit from the blunt so that in either the afterlife or the next life the deceased/reborn is blessed.
