I was going to be a warehouse worker at Lowes before I ended up being a security guard, but in the hiring process I also got mouth swabbed. I'm going to make a few assumptions here so excuse me if I'm wrong,
I'm assuming you smoke weed and are concerned about getting a positive on the mouth swab.

If you smoke once every few weeks, just don't smoke for a week or so before the interview and it will be a negative.

If your more frequent than that, perhaps multiple days a week, then don't smoke for about 2-3 weeks, and use mouthwash daily to scrub the cells in your cheeks.

If your a heavy smoker or daily smoker, you'd need to wait in excess of a month before the swab will appear negative. Using mouthwash and brushing teeth daily will help, but no guarantees.

Urine might be a month, but for mouth swab it really does depend on how high your usage is. I'm not 100% certain on how accurate what I've said is, but when I did my interview I smoked a little bit about a week or so earlier and nothing came up. (I smoke maybe twice a month)

Just in general I'd imagine your best course of action would be to abstain from weed for at least a week, brush your teeth and use mouthwash, gargle for good measure, and you should be ok.
