You should take up reading or film. They're both hobbies that are far superior then 4chan and vidya. Another plus is neither of them require friends. Try browsing /lit/ or /tv/ and asking for some entry level stuff.

Try playing an instrument, making music on computer software, painting, drawing, building scale models, home repairs and DIY projects, taking up martial arts, etc.
