Aryan genetics? I'm uglier than a burn victim, I can guarantee you are 10x more attractive than I could ever hope to be. I also barely skirted by high school sithout being held back and I had to work my ass off making up 3 classes senior year just to graduate on time, now no college will accept me. I have also been lifting for nearly 2 years but have made very little change to my body despite all my efforts, so no I do not nor will I ever consider myself to be lucky.
