I'm not OP, but I'm also interested in doing Keto. What are the cons of doing it though? There is probably a reason fat is not the main source of fuel for your body.

i didnt experience cons
but you probably dont want to do it for your whole life
some people take the vitamins theyre missing
so i dont think its a complete diet
i just did it to get small quick
then i go on and off depending on my weight
