Alright lads I'll tell someone about it. I can't see another time where I'd have an opportunity to do it in the near future, but I guess I could do it outside my home. My roommates are good friends of mine so they'd probably notice if anything's up.

Go to a doctor. Diet shouldn't make you feel like shit. It's supposed to be just better eating habits. Stock up on your favorite fruit and vegetables so you won't feel guilty when you eat more than usual.

I keep to my diet very well barring these two binges, which were one meal, that I subsequently threw up. I never feel guilty, and I don't feel bad about dieting, I just miss the reliable enjoyment I got out of eating delicious and unhealthy food. I will talk to my therapist though.

I will talk to my therapist. My only fear is that there's pretty much nothing short of being locked up that could actually stop me. Like talking won't actually do anything. Though I do have an impetus to stop it I guess. I dunno I'll see what my therapist says.

Well the reason I avoid it in general is because I like to eat a bunch of it (never had a whole pie before though). I have poor impulse control which is why I have a strict diet.
