A lot, but you'll have to work hard to market yourself. The only "stem meme" is that it's an automatic pathway to a high paying job. There's no such thing. But for someone willing to go through the miserable months long process of searching for a good job you're pretty much set for a job in the upper middle class.

Start looking for people that are hiring programmers, data scientists, etc. There's more money in that than actual electrical engineering and you're qualified for at least entry level positions.
