Get a lot of alcohol, and find a roof high enough that a fall would be lethal
Make your way up to said roof, and proceed to get absolutely plastered while staying near the edge
You'll probably accidentally fall off the roof by yourself, but if you don't, jump off in an extremely inebriated state and transition into death as peacefully as possible not completely aware of your actions due to alcohol

You need to be able to completely purge your lungs and the respirator of oxygen. If you don't immediately start inhaling pure helium you're going to know you're dying and it will be terrifying, nauseating, and painful.

Have you considered the humble hypothermia? The cold can sting like a bitch, but if you take the right pills it'll feel like floating away on a warm cloud.

If the windchill puts the temperature at -20 you can fall unconscious in 10 minutes.

I always thought the way that I'd do it is with a bottle of sleeping pills. I will take 2 sleeping pills like normal, then another 2. I'll wait until I get really, really, really sleepy, to the point I can't even barely stay awake anymore. Then I'll swallow the rest of the bottle, lie in my bed, and duct tape a reasonably large plastic bag around my head for good measure. I will drift to sleep within 5 minutes breathing fine, and never wake up :)
