I do not relate to these people or their 'culture'.

I have had multiple partners in my life, both male and female, I always have them get tested for common STDs.
It is easy to avoid these diseases when you do not fuck every leather-man you met in a bar.
I do not know how this lifestyle even becomes appealing to people, I am repulsed by the very notion of that lifestyle.
They have so little regard for themselves that they risk, and obviously often catch, a life altered and life ending disease.
