Why be self conscious about that? I don't think small feet affect your appearance and girls don't notice or care in my experience. I'm a 7.5 in cons too, @ 5'11. I find a lot of shoes in my size (41 EU) on sale because it's an uncommon size for men. Also I've had gfs whos shoes I can share which is pretty handy, especially with like sneakers and stuff. Heels aren't my game but if I were a cross dresser, my shoe size would be another mad advantage.
