>tfw almost one year since I've been on Concerta

I keep procrastinating

I've been thinking about getting back on Concerta but more for the appetite suppressant than anything, I've been packing on a few pounds

It works great for appetite. I abused it a lot especially at the beginning and I'm afraid I've ruined the therapeutic effects for good

Try Adderall.
OgiginolIsNo!

Doesn't exist here
Only methylphenidate
I take Adderall and it's great. There's a definite trick to it though. I have to already be in the mindset when it kicks in. If I wait until after its to easy to read and write on interesting things instead of boring things. It's not a total loss though. I procrastinate much better when on so I advance in my hobbies. I figure there's always tomorrow and since I don't even take half my prescription each month there's no worry about wasting them.

I wish I could try Adderall, maybe it would fit me more

I've tried both and find them similar. The sides are easier for me. Vyvanse was best but just lasts way too long. Could you switch to Ritalin three times a day?
Drugs are magical but it's far from a cure. Stimulants give us the attention but behavior modification is the other half of the formula. There's too many different ways of doing it so whatever works for you. I live by calendar, phone alarms, and dedicated blocks of time. Rigid routine is nice too. An example with my keys: they only have 3 places, candy dish, ignition, or back pocket. Once it became habit I never lost them again. Drug vacations are nice too, just to bring some of the magic back.

I was thinking about a drug vacation but days without meds are really annoying
