Do you always lie when asked "if you are alright" or "how you are doing" etc etc.
What is the IDEAL way IN an abstract or exact words someone could inquire about your wellbeing that you would answer honestly.

AND actually not feel guilty or embarrassed about it

>"How are you Anon?"
>"Eh, ok I guess/I've been better"
>They ask what's wrong

No.
I mean the real reason.
What can someone, anyone realistically send out of their mouths to pull it out of you without you worrying about what happens next.

Ok what exactly is your goal here? My autism is peaking
Do you want people to talk about your problems with? Are you trying to ask someone about their problems?

Uh.
I want to do myself a kindness and say I am more mentally disturbed than mentally ill.
Mostly because if it were an illness, it would need a name.
I feel weak and guilty for talking about what's bothering me, so I crowdsource things I think I would never see unless I got off my ass and asked.
And I consume.
I add help I wish I got.
And insight where I think I can supply it.
Its good when I see similar issues to my own.
Ideally I think it creates a catharsis for multiple parties.
I might have autism.
Im in no position to find out.
