>SSRI
more like I want to die
Enjoy brain zaps you retard. Dont take them.

>best case scenario
Reduction of suicidal thoughts but big time increse in apathy and emotional blunting. You won't want to die as much and you will be able to function on a basic level, but everything will be dull and boring
>worst case scenario
You will feel more depressed and suicidal than ever, and you may even experience psychotic symptoms. You'll lose you ability to get erections and your libido will disappear. Depending on the medication you may also gain alot of weight, or lose your appetite.
More than likely you will feel a tiny bit better but more apathetic, and your sex drive will decrease.

I get zaps, but only when I stop taking them. They suck, but really do help *SOME* people (a large statistical probability)

brain zaps, inability to cum. at least that was my experience with fluoxetine, venlafaxine, duloxetine and sertraline
>>35535564
I take Sertraline and I only have brain zaps when I stop taking them and my social anxiety stops me from refilling for a few days.

If the first antidepressant you get doesn't work, get a new prescription. I went through like 5 different ones before my doctor and I settled on one that didn't make me pissed off or tired all the time. My penis didn't work too well for a while but I've been on Paxil for a year and it's recovered. I definitely feel better than before I started it. It helps with social anxiety too so I can keep my spaghetti contained most of the time.
Also you'll probably have more frequent/bizarre dreams.

I only had these on Viibryd.

experiences vary wildly
my experiences with all SSRIs were shit
that said, you should take it for at least a few weeks before giving up. sometimes bad side effects are temporary. and most SSRIs take a few weeks to really start working properly
