>if i can't get something right the first time, I give up
>even if it's something like playing guitar or practicing coding, if I don't understand it or can't do it, I give up and I never come back to it
How do I stop this?

What's the point? You're going to try once to stop doing it, fail, then never try again.
>start something
>pick it up fast
>looks like I've been doing it for years
>never get any better after that no matter how long I try
>always stuck at the "pretty good" phase of everything
>give up and only do thing occasionally
This is the real suffering OP

just be yourself my nigger man
well you know, if you give up after the first try, you're not living correctly.
So why haven't you given up living yet?

I know this feel, but I get to the "slightly above average" level before reaching my limit.

I wouldn't mind being pretty good at something rather than never trying.
I'm trying over and over. I'm making progress without going into homelessness. Still not 100% sure what's going on, keep that in mind.

Why do you want to learn guitar and coding? For other people? You lack discipline and motivation. Join a guitar group or take lessons. Do you think this will help ooga booga?
