Yes op. This is a life threatening situation, please take it seriously. There is enough caffeine and theobromine in that combination to cause a heart attack or at the very least a hypertensive crisis. Have someone watch you and seek medical attention if you start to feel tingles on your left side/jaw pain or better yet drive to a hospital right now and explain what you've done. Better you have an attack there than at home.
