see a psychiatrist and get prescribed meds

and find a therapist, meds alone won't help


but if you're not poor enough to get free healthcare then you're shit out of luck because trump is gutting the aca

a lot of anxiety comes out of inaction. i suffered from awful anxiety and panic attacks until i started practicing mindfulness. take on some introspection, figure out what's bothering you, try to find a solution.
