I'm the only not-stoner who likes staring off into space? These days i pass hours watching the ceiling and thinking about random things, it's relaxing and i don't have to face the thing thay i'm doing absolutely nothing (if i play vidya, read or watch animu i feel guiltily, but staring blankly not, idk why). It's normal or i have a shining hikikomori-NEET future?

Why do you feel guilty when playeing gaims? You think it's idleness?
Interesting that staring at the wall would not produce the same guilt.
But if you think about it, it might take some amount of effort or concentration to keep doing that? Kind of like meditation?
