Is there a legitimate way to become asexual?

I don't want to experience romantic or sexual emotions anymore towards women. I've reached the conclusion that these emotions are extremely deceiving, all for the purpose of reproduction, and women can easily use these emotions for their benefit. I don't want to be under their influence anymore. Please there has to be a way.

I was living on antiandrogens for a few months

Some effects I noticed;
>zero sex drive, never wanted to fap, very liberating feeling
>found it easier to laugh
>skin became cleaner, softer
>body odor diminished
>more focused and motivated (quit vaping, stopped biting my nails, lost a bit of weight)

overall a pleasant experience
obviously had to stop because of gynecomastia and osteoporosis
if it wasn't for that I'd still be taking them
