Frenuloplasty is a lot better than getting circumcised, but surgery still carries risks. It's possible you could lose some sensation in your frenulum if they cut it and end up damaging a nerve. Or it could leave you with parasthesia. Even just stretching the frenulum could end up causing issues, if the nerves break somehow due to traction injury from the pull.

Most guys who get frenuloplasties seem very happy with it but there are still risks. If you can accept your penis the way it is it might be best to leave it like that.
