right after I got NEETbux I started lifting and going out more but nothing came out of it so I've become withdrawn to the point of going out once a few months. I've only gone out this year down the street for lighters at a gas station.

Go to a public library. Go in there and ask to use one of the public computers. They will give you a little ticket with a number on it to access the computer. Go to the computer and sit down and browse the internet as you would normally do (minus the porn and 4chan will probably be blocked).

Stay at least half an hour. While you are there take some time to walk around and observe people and realize nothing bad is going to happen. These are normal reasonable people and you are in a safe space. If someone who works at the library approaches you you can even explain to them you are a person with social anxiety and they will understand and leave you alone.

If you can just do this small thing you can begin the journey back towards a healthy mindset.

How about you DO IT MORE OFTEN? Start now, before it gets even harder. Maybe take a little better care of your appearance, too.
