When did acting "black" or "ghetto" become cool?

I think it's fucking annoying seeing middle class kids act like they're tough or think they know any struggle when they've had friends, a social life and relationships their whole life.

I thought it was just here because I live in a mainly black area and they just set what's "in" here but it's all over social media with teenage girls shaking their ass to niggers rapping about getting money and fucking ho's.
