Literally all you have to do to not fap is delay your gratification for cummies and fill it in other areas. As mentioned above, I'm more productive. Started reading whereas I wasn't before. Actually getting schoolwork done in a timely manner. I should add though, I was fapping like an average of three times a day before this, which for here probably isn't that often at all.
