Would /fit/bros or Chads give me some lifting tips? I just realized i have been losing weight again. I don't want to go to /fit/ since i remember /fit/ threads in here being more comfier. What kind of program should i do as weak skinny manlet? Is SS/SL meme?

SS/SL is really good, the hard part is getting the technique good. Start running if you can, otherwise walk, on days you dont train. Watch lots of youtube, read starting strenght and ask someone at your gym who seems knowlegdable, preferablyt someone old. They wont laugh, we have all been there.

Of course i want to be manly and muscular, i don't really care about numbers but i assume you can't be big if you don't lift big either? Have you ever seen muscular guy who's bench press max is like 60kg?
