Im pretty skinny, but not like ultra diseased skinny.
I've eaten an okay lunch today and a bunch of snacks, but for the past month i've barely been eating anything because depression.

I'd say about 2800 calories worth of food

I try my best to eat 2800-3500 calories daily since I want to gain weight and I also picked up lifting, which gives me more reason to eat a lot.

Haven't eaten anything today, so here's what I ate yesterday.

Two buns with ham are 300 kcal, two glasses of chocolate milk are 350 kcal, one kebab is 700 kcal and two bowl of oatmeal is another 250 kcal. All in all you ate 1,600 kcal, which give you a lot of room to the recommended 2,000 - 2,200 kcal for an adult.

today I had French toast, usually I have either nothing or a sandwich and then for dinner I have a pita or meat and veggies. For snack I usually have hot cheetoes.

I'm 15% body-fat, down from my all time worst two years ago of 35%. Didn't get there with this diet though, this is maintenance - to lose most of the weight I lived on 1500kcal a day.

I have a lung condition which makes them adversely react to anything inflammatory. BMI is 19.

Can pretty much only eat poultry, seafood, eggs, butter, green veggies, avocados, macadamia nuts, herbs and spices, olive oil, and coconut oil.

Anything else and I'm coughing up blood the next day.

I've had a fried egg, 2 slices of bacon and a slice of toast. Had 2 pints of Guinness at lunch. Then had soup and 2 slices of bread. This was my off day so I just ate what I wanted, usually I eat healthy
