It's not life that's boring and pointless, it's the nihilistic repetition of life, within a corporate, capitalistic system. Or, at least, your place within that system, which is pointless and boring.

I don't mean to sound like some flunky, who just discovered a Marxist memes page, on Facebook, but the only people to feel enthusiastic and passionate about their place as a secretary in some tertiary, redundant, corporate or service-based job, are the only ones made for this world, because they're actually happy about being what is essentially an NPC.

Your life can have meaning, it's not boring, and doesn't have to be pointless, but the system under which we live, is pointless and boring, for a good 95% of the population.

I've got goals I need to achieve before my death, so that gives me purpose. The goals themselves are very self centered like being /fit/, have meditation be a huge part of my life and eventually travel somewhere to learn even more about it, have more self confidence. Achieving these goals will do nothing to change the world, and I'm okay with that. I've learned that I'm not going to be a person who changes the world, but if I can live a comfy life and achieve my goals than that's good enough for me.

Sometimes I stop trying, but I've always wanted to lay down and just dehydrate to death and the moods don't last long enough for that.
