Op here, I have scabies too. My brother got it from our fucking dog. I've been using sulfur soap to bath with and they have gone away a bit but I think this anon >>35467791 is right. It's a fungal infection AKA Jock Itch, reason I know is look at this pic of a jock itch red sore. They look exactly like the one's I have on my thighs and shoulders. Jock itch also hits you in the inner tighs near the buttocks which I have. I have a bunch of red bumps on my ass.
