I'm gonna quit smoking it now, I find that I enjoy my time more when I'm not smoking it, the bad trips were coming to often and now its just ruined for me. Maybe 1/10 times I smoke I a really have a fun high where I don't care, for some reason there was a certain time I smoked weed and it triggered my paranoia and anxiety, from the on I was never the same.

Interesting. Ive never had a bad trip, i was once tripping parts of my bodies are shutting down and dying off but i had fun. The other time i was tripping i was dying and being reborn again non stop, it was entertaining.

Whenever I smoke weed now I just get really intense paranoia for about 10 minutes but then it goes away and I feel really relaxed for about an hour or so.

It's gotten to the point where the relaxation isn't making up for the paranoia so I'm trying to quit. The prospect of living without weed is sort of daunting though. I've been smoking everyday for years now and it's what I would look forward to everyday when I'm at work.

I did this last week on purpose to get to that depressive realism state where so much day to day anxiety becomes front and center. I made firecrackers every morning and they're the only edible that does anything to me. I underestimated them last Saturday, ate 5 thinking I'd get a light buzz. I had a really bad experience my first time getting high but now I'm starting to find it easier to handle after getting used to the feeling of having an altered state of consciousness. I still get anxious but I know that soon I'll be able to fully enjoy the drug and not worry about my mind playing tricks on me.
