I had that problem. I started drinking beer. I fucking hate beer but after 5 cans a day I was packing some weight on me. It helps with self loathing too.

Well that's a pretty easy solution, just count your calories and have a realistic goal. Something like 3000 calories should be an easy starting point. That along with regular exercise and it's actually impossible to not gain weight.

That may be a larger problem, but I'd say just use it to your advantage if at all possible. Some girls don't mind short guys, or you can just go gay and bottom.
