I took a porn video and I'm trying to edit it to be more interesting to watch with effects such as making the sound weird and adding visual effects to make it more stimulating. I want to make it so the viewer will have a feeling of unease while watching the video. How would you do it?

put a very quiet and almost unnoticeable droning noise in the background
edit out random bits of sound
get a frame of the actor(s) staring at the camera and hold it
put a fart noise at the end
