How often do you find yourself fantasizing or craving about having physical contact?


It may not even necessarily be sexual.


I find myself feel a craving something akin to where it feels almost like an ache more often these days. Im fairly certain what I am craving is physical human contact. Im 30 and at the most I may get a hug a couple of times a year.


What do you do when it gets bad? I havent found a good way to cope. Im pretty sure it is driving me insane.
