That's an honest question, what are the parameters? I doubt accidental/incidental viewing without masturbating would disqualify you. I agree that it would definitely depend on intent of the viewer.
As a person who has been in a relationship for 6 yrs, I can honestly say I fap maybe 3 days a week, usually without porn. And when I do watch porn, it's really only to get my imagination rolling, then it's abandoned. I'd say 5mins a week is probably spot on.
