Drink a lot of water and cut out junk food. Eat lean meats and try to get your fats only from coconut oil or olive oil or nuts. Chicken breast Worcestershire sauce is a great meal that's easy to do and low on calories. As for the water, drink a gallon a day. It burns a shit ton of calories because it takes 1 calorie to heat 1 gram of water by 1 degree Celsius. Drinking water that's room temp or under room temp means your body has to heat up a lot of water about 17-30 (my estimate) degrees Celsius to your body temperature which is 37 degrees Celsius. It seems little but there is 3785.41 grams in a gallon so drink up anon.

If you thinks that's bad I am misaligned in my lower body. I knees touch each other instead of aligned with my feet. I want to kill myself if my doctors don't fix it. I can't even walk withoutbpqin anymore. I'd rather be a fat ass and regular body alignment than a skinny twink.
