she was named in the panama leaks which were leaks of foreign bank accounts on typical hard to reach and independent / crown property locations which use the banking secret to facilitate investment in their tiny lands. since they have no economic activity the US / europe can't do anything to force them to abide by their will except for declaring war which they won't do. it was found in these leaks that many celebrities used the accounts, could be for tax fraud or other purposes
