I'm trying to learn this shit for myself, I don't understand it enough to implement it fully in my own life yet, so I shouldn't really be teaching you anything myself. I recommend seeking out content from people who are better at it than I am. RSD is usually good, but anything is better than nothing. You just have to find something that resonates with you.

Like here's a video I watched recently where the guy basically explains how he developed a very r9k-esque mindset after not going out for 3 weeks, which is interesting because if it can happen to him after 3 weeks illustrates why r9k is so fucked up.
