I feel nothing but disgust when coming to r9k nowadays. It's all fembots, traps, and people with disgusting fetishes dominating this board. I came here today, immediately hid 12 of the top threads, and then realized there still weren't any I was interested in going into.

Now I'm not even an oldfag. In fact, I've only been coming here for about a little more than a year. And yeah, back then there were still really shitty threads but at least it felt contained, and there were a few good ones where people could come in and talk about shit. But now it feel like everyone cool is gone.

Do I have some sort of false nostalgia for this place? Has it always been this shitty, but I'm only noticing it now because I'm significantly more depressed than I was when I first came here?
