How do i get a job as a History major without going to grad school?

You're screwed tbqh, why would any employer higher you over someone with a master's degree? These days (or at least in New York) a master's is almost mandatory for any job. A bachelors is obsolete.

Get teaching certification and teach history at elementary school. You can of course also go the civil servant route; civil service requires a BA in anything, they don't care what, and while you'll start at the low end in the $25-$30k end, you'll spend the next 30+ years in a low-stress, undemanding job which will slowly grow to the $100k range depending on how ambitious you are about climbing the ladder.
