Microwave bacon is very easy and perfect every time. Get a microwave-safe plate and put a paper towel on it. Put bacon slices on paper towel. Cover bacon slices with another paper towel. Microwave for one minute per slice. The grease soaks into the paper towels, and you get perfect bacon without mess or splattering every time.

If you want eggs with perfect yolks every time, just get an egg poacher. It's a pot with an insert where you can crack eggs. No flipping. When it's done, you just remove the inserts and the egg slides right off.
