>absolute terrible at math in high school
>scraped by with C's
>had no idea what I was doing
>be in university
>get A's in Calculus and higher level math classes
>study less than I did in high school>actually considering majoring in physics
What the hell is going on? Did something click in my brain? Am I a late bloomer? Or did I just enter a time line where I'm a genius at maths?
Also I have to mention I only got into university because I had straight A's for literally everything but math. It just didn't click for me before and now that it does I feel like a new person...
Either your high school was bullshit, or your university is bullshit. One place isn't teachin' right here.

Better teachers probably, either that or it's the first time you actually wanna learn

Math in uni is just much more interesting and actually makes sense, isn't just a bunch of semi-connected facts.
I had a similar experience, but I thought I liked math in school, but only now at uni do I see that I really love it.
>Tfw Dumb as bricks in High School and Failed Basic Algebra twice
>Got placed in the lowest possible math course in Community College.
>Was always a shit exam taker no matter what context.
>Actually bothered to work my way up to Calculus 3 to take more interesting Stat classes once I transferred.
Sometimes things are much clearer when you become an adult.

dafuq? I'm like like complete opposite of you
>great at math in high school
>All A's
>clear understanding
>get c's in calculus and other higher math related classes
>studying more than high school
>probably the worst student in my major
I don't get it.
