have you seen a dermatologist? if you have the crazy cystic shit (and it sounds like you do) no normal acne treatments will do you good because the problem is deep below your skin. You might need to get on accutane if you ever want a clear face, and if high ledges and lengths of cord start looking extra good you'll just have to see a doctor for that too. Sorry, this probably wasn't what you wanted to hear. If it's any consolation, you definitely don't deserve your situation. The universe is cruel to everyone in different ways, for absolutely no reason at all.

Any negative effects from accutane are very rare and any chance of worsened depression is low. Not to mention you'll most likely feel happier for not having a face full of acne and hopefully you'll be more confident in public. This was my experience and I am glad I did it.

I would advice accutanr anyway. I'm depressed as shit and it didn't change. Acne does get worse at the start though but it eventually clears up.
