I'm not fat on the outside (borderline skelly, 5'10 and 132 lbs) but I have no self control around food at all. Just tonight I binged on about 7,000-8,000 calories. I purposely undereat most of the time to make up for the episodes, but that just leads to another binge. It feels really fucking bad man.

I can't afford to eat a lot of food right now, particularly unhealthy food
