I've had acne for years, so many scars from when I picked at and popped my acne. The skin on my nose is literally just a bunched of scars layered on top of each other.

I've been trying to fix my face for years but nothing works. I have a face cream that makes my skin look a little healthier for a few hours, but other than that, nothing works.

Start using apple cider vinegar as a toner and buy a dermaroller. Talk to a dermatologist about peels and subcision.

I feel you, OP.
I'm still getting hormonal acne on my face/jaw/back and it's been going on since I was 15. Actually, somehow it wasn't as bad as a teenager. Now I'm almost 22 and it's still fucked.
