Shower every other day at the very least, personal hygiene is important!

Try virgin coconut oil, both eating it and rubbing it into your scalp.

If your dead skin is a result of hypothyroidism, eating coconut oil will boost your thyroid levels.

If it's some other condition, then rubbing it into your scalp will at least moisturize and revitalize your skin better than some meme cream or soap sold in pharmacies.

OP just get some a tsp of lemon juice, rub it into your scalp, then mix another tbsp with some water and then rinsenit again. Do this daily.

I use this method to balance out the ph levels on my scalp. It will keep that dandruff looking shit in check.

Mix this with a bit of water and rub it into your hair after shampooing at least every 2-3 days and get a medical shampoo to use alongside it. You may have a fungus which is causing that.

Add some castor oil in and you'll see results within 2-3 weeks if you keep it up. It won't go away entirely but it will be manageable.

A lot of stress can also cause it to become worse so take care of yourselves anons!

I have pretty bad dandruff. Just wash your hair twice a week max, and use dandruff shampoo. Doesnt stop the scalp stuff. You will have to stop using hot water completely.

>t-gel / tar shampoo

shampooing every day, every other day, twice a week ( rinsing with only water the remaining 5 days )

i use selsum blue shampoo when it's really bad, otherwise i use vaseline brand dandruff shampoo and vigorously scrub my head in the shower. like really get in there and scrape. sometimes i will take a comb in the shower to get chunks out. my hair is very long and thick, it is very easy for buildup to occur
