This may not be the greatest place to ask but I have a really serious situation. My dad is in the army, and they're moving to Germany. I'm 18 (senior) living with them. I need to graduate next year because I was kicked out of school in 10th grade. If I move I have to sell my car, get rid of my pets, personal items (some not all), etc.
Basically I'm asking is getting a GED worth it? Or should I just plain drop out. I'm considering dropping out to get my GED and working full time and staying here in the states by myself. Basically I just want everyone's opinion what should I do?

I saved it from a discord chat. I don't care if she sees this because I have no idea who it is.

Still not noice to put a rando roastie up for doxing in a board full of creeps with no good hobbies.
As for your question. A GED is fine as long as you enroll immediately into college after, having an education gap hurts more than not having a HS diploma.
If it's ever brought up after you get your undergrad, just frame it as "I needed a more challenging environment and got a head start on my peers by enrolling in college before them.
Don't get your GED if you can avoid it. If you don't fall under your dad's GI bill for college (no idea) then this is the last time your education will be free dude. Paying for college is the fucking worst, paying for a highschool diploma equivalent must be even worse.

If you're black, go to Germany. The white women there WORSHIP black men. If you're a white boy....who cares.
